How to make it
- Chop the cauliflower into small florets. Thinly slice the bell pepper and white onion. Thinly slice the green onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, miso, honey (or maple syrup), sesame oil, and arrowroot powder.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cauliflower and a pinch of salt. Cook unstirred for 3 to 4 minutes until charred. Flip the florets and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper and white onion to the skillet. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes until tender.
- Turn off the heat.
- Pour in the sauce and add the green onion. Stir until the sauce coats everything and thickens.
- Serve immediately.
