How to make it
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion until golden, about 3 minutes.
- Add ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add garlic, cook for 1 more minute. Stir in cumin, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt; cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Mix in tomatoes and milk, simmer on low until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt with 1 tablespoon of sauce, then stir into the pan.
- Add chicken, simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
