How to make it

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Separate rosemary and mint leaves from their stems and finely chop only the leaves. Discard the stems. Peel and mince garlic.

  4. Rub the mixture evenly on both sides of the lamb chops.
