How to make it

  1. In a mini food processor, blend together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, white wine, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon of whole-grain mustard until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of whole-grain mustard. Set aside.
  3. Preheat your broiler. Line a heavy baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick olive oil spray.
  4. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Broil the salmon for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, spoon the mustard sauce over the top, and return to the broiler. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and has a golden-brown crust.
  7. Plate the salmon and enjoy. Maybe add some extra sauce on top.
