How to make it
- Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the olive oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until they become translucent and fragrant.
- Add the lean ground turkey to the pan and break it up with a spatula. Cook the ground turkey until it is browned and cooked through.
- Sprinkle the ground turkey with salt, and pepper. Stir well to incorporate the spices evenly.
- Continue cooking for another minute or so to let the flavors meld.
- Once the ground turkey is fully cooked and seasoned, remove it from the heat.
- Optional: add some chili garlic or red pepper flakes for a spicy touch.
