How to make it

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
  3. Optional: add dry white wine and cook for 2 minutes to reduce slightly
  4. Season with salt, and pepper. Continue sautéing for 2-3 more minutes until fully cooked and nicely browned.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
