How to make it
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg whites until they are well combined.

- Season the scrambled egg whites and spinach with salt, pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (if using) to taste.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro and add some parmesan cheese on top.
