How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the tilapia fillet on a piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the tilapia fillet.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the fillet.
- Sprinkle , salt, and black pepper evenly over the fillet.
- Carefully fold the aluminum foil or parchment paper around the fillet, creating a packet. Make sure it's sealed well.
- Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the tilapia is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully open the packet to release steam.
- Transfer the tilapia fillet to a plate.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs, if desired.
- Serve the healthy lemon herb tilapia fillet immediately.
