How to make it
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips. You can do this by microwaving the chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring well.
- If desired, add coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir until well combined.
- Hold a strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling it around to coat the strawberry evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-coated strawberry on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Repeat the process with the remaining strawberries until all strawberries are coated.
- Optional: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle chopped nuts or unsweetened coconut flakes over the strawberries.
- Place the baking sheet with the chocolate-covered strawberries in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
